In the field of employment law, A│L│P offers a comprehensive range of services nationwide in the form of advice and representation in and out of court.

Our focus here is on advising medium-sized companies in all matters of individual employment and service contract law as well as collective employment law. We develop custom solutions for any situation by coordinating closely with our clients. In particular, we provide support in shaping individual employment relationships and assist with restructuring, collective negotiations and disputes in the field of workplace co-determination. Where required, we also represent our client’s interests before any German employment tribunals.

We advise managing directors, board members and executives on all labour and corporate law issues affecting their employment relationship, from its inception to its termination, and litigate disputes involving employment contracts of board members and managing directors before all German regional and higher regional courts.
