BUSINESS & COMMERCE
GENERAL BUSINESS LAW
In addition to providing advice in the specialist fields that fall under the heading of business law, A│L│P also offers all-round support in all business law issues. We draft and improve contracts, assist in negotiating and concluding them, are available to clarify individual legal issues during their implementation and offer advice on their termination. In this respect, we operate both in – if necessary – and out of court. We are also able to provide integrated advice on domestic and foreign tax issues and potential options for improvements.
The financial success of our clients is always the priority of our advice. Thanks to our many years of experience and legal expertise, we are able to find pragmatic solutions for our clients to implement.
COMMERCIAL LAW
We have been assisting trading companies, sales representatives and authorised dealers with their specific issues in a national and international context for many years. In addition to advising on the drafting and implementation of commercial agency and authorised dealer agreements in particular, this also includes advising on the course of business relations and the enforcement of or defence against claims (e.g. commissions, compensation claims).
COMPETITION LAW
Ensuring the financial success of our clients involves both taking action against anti-competitive behaviour by third parties and defending against unjustified claims under competition law. Our expertise covers both the field of unfair competition law (e.g. through the infringement of companies’ rights by direct competitors) and antitrust law (e.g. in relation to the abuse of dominant positions by competitors).
INSOLVENCY LAW
As part of our insolvency law activities, we advise companies as creditors and debtors as well as managing directors and shareholders in all insolvency and restructuring matters. We focus on preventive support before and during a crisis as well as on drafting insolvency-proof contracts. In the event of a crisis or insolvency, we advise on the enforcement of creditors’ rights as well as on restructuring and reorganisation issues.
